Enjoyed every bit of my stay at this hotel. Location is perfect! Reception is lovely and always willing to help. And polite too. Would definitely stay here again. If you love Maida Vale, this is the absolute best! "
Perfect Home in London. Stayed at Sanctum, it is an excellent place to stay if you're travelling in London and need to stay at home away from home.
Had a clean apartment. Nice staff, and great+modern facilities. I even cooked my own meals, had a great view of the city and fresh air.
Very close to London transit in a safe neighbourhood. Will definitely stay here again. Amazing."
From time of arrival to departure the stay was nothing short of amazing. Every single staff member I dealt with was extremely friendly and really made me feel at home. The apartment itself was well equipped with quite modern furnishings. The WiFi was super fast and allowed me to catch up on a lot of work which was an absolute bonus as it is always a nightmare to try and catch up when you return from a business trip. Location was also ideal and in close proximity (5 minute walk) of the tube station and very close to all major retailers. Another bonus was that there is a halall curry restaurant called the curry house, that serves a very good lamb curry, right opposite the apartment block so finding halall food, which is always a challenge, was not a problem this time. Would highly recommend staying at this place."
"Exceptional with Attentive Staff.
Apartments were perfect, location is close to both work base and central London, plenty of room, great check in service, very clean and comfortable, have already recommended to friends and family!!"

Sanctum international serviced Apartment, Greville Road, is one of the best choice for a family accommodation in London; it's easily accessible by bus (98 and 26) and by underground Kilburn (waterloo line), the staff are very helpful, rooms are refurbished very clean with complete kitchen with wash machine and dish wash machine, marble bathroom (WITH SHATTAF), the beds are very comfortable and it's quite area. A Tesco minimarket is few steps away. Oxford street is directly accessed by Bus 98.
I recommend this place for any family with no hesitation."
Exceptional! We extended our stay after learning we couldn’t cover all the major places we wanted to visit. At first we thought of moving to Hyde Park area but later on, we decided to stay at the Sanctum because we kind of felt at home already there. The apartment was tastefully decorated with good sized and comfortable rooms. Well worth every dime spent.

"This new property is fabulous. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly professional staff and management who were extremely helpful and all hands on.
Lovely fully equipped apartments, spacious, spotlessly clean and beds extremely comfortable.
Great location and great transport links within walking distance.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. It’s a beautiful place especially for families with kids.
We look forward to our next visit.
